Refund & Cancellation Policy
IMPORTANT: Please note that all of our private lessons and private lesson packages with head ballet coach Shannon Casorso are divided into two components: (1) the initial assessment, and (2) the remainder of your private lesson(s). See below for specific cancellation & refund details regarding both components:
Initial Assessment Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your initial assessment up to 24 hours before the start date/time and request to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the initial assessment date/time will incur a $45.00 (CAD) fee, and will not receive a refund; instead, a credit to reschedule at a later date will be provided. Credit must be used within 90 days.
Remaining Private Lesson(s) Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel any remaining private lesson(s) up to 24 hours before the start date/time, but please note that by doing so you will not receive a refund. Instead, you will receive a credit to reschedule at a later date. Credit must be used within 90 days.

Private Lesson(s) Cancellation & Refunds with TBA Pro Ballet Coaches

How Do I Request a Refund?
Please email [email protected] with your refund request. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Rescheduling Lessons
You may reschedule any assessment or private lesson with ANY teacher up to 24 hours before it begins without incurring any fees. Should you reschedule a lesson or assessment within 24 hours of it’s start date/time, a penalty fee of $45.00 (CAD) will be charged.
How do I cancel or reschedule a private lesson?
To reschedule or cancel an upcoming lesson, go to your original Confirmation Email – it will contain links that allow you to reschedule or cancel. For additional assistance with cancelling or rescheduling a lesson, please email [email protected].
Missed Lessons
In the event that a student does not show up for their scheduled lesson – be it an assessment or private lessons with ANY teacher – then an automatic no-show fee of $45.00 CAD will be charged to the payment method on file. This is non-negotiable. Once this fee is paid, then instructions will be emailed on how to reschedule the missed lesson.
